Parking and Transportation
There is a commuter parking lot on the east side of M-52 just north of I-94. Municipal parking lots downtown provide free 3-hour customer parking, with longer spots available for downtown workers and shop owners.
ExpressRide Chelsea. TheRide operates a weekday commuter bus service between Chelsea, (pick up at Arctic Colliseum), and Ann Arbor. WiFi onboard. Fares: $6.25 cash per ride, or buy 10-ride ($62.50) or 30-day ($125) passes at the Blake Transit Center, AAATA's main office, the U-M parking office at 523 S. Division, or the University Hospital cashier's office on the 2nd floor. Discounted 30-day passes available to eligible riders. See website for stops in Ann Arbor, times, and schedules. Operates the Community Connector, a Chelsea-Dexter-Ann Arbor bus that operates 7 days per week (except holidays). Fares: Chelsea-Dexter $2; Chelsea-Ann Arbor $3; Half price for seniors ages 65 & over, persons with disabilities, students with I.D., and AAATA Fare Deal card holders. Personal-care attendants and children 4 & under with parents ride free.
