Acute Care for Elders. 429-1625. Care planning and training for seniors in mental health, dermatology, nutrition, and remaining independent.

Parish Nursing Services. 429-1638. Provides local churches with resources to help members care for one another.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. 429-1595. Physical, occupational, neurological, and aquatic therapy; speech-language pathology; sports medicine; pain management; orthopedics.
